To support artists on Artist Xchange, simply download our app, connect your wallet, and sign up. From there, you can discover new music, read artist stats, and decide if you'd like to support a particular artist. To do so, you can purchase $ARTIST using Matic, and then use $ARTIST to purchase any coin associated with the artist you'd like to support. By supporting artists on our platform, you help to grow the community and support the careers of talented musicians.
What is Artist Xchange coin?
Artist Xchange coin ($ARTIST) is the native token of our platform, and it has a total supply of 700 million coins. Currently, 14% of the supply is available on the market, while the remaining 25% is locked. The utility of $ARTIST is to facilitate transactions on our platform, including the purchase of coins associated with specific artists. Additionally, holding $ARTIST grants users certain privileges, such as discounted transaction fees and access to exclusive features. With over $1 million in market liquidity, $ARTIST is a key component of the Artist Xchange ecosystem. The remaining 61% of $ARTIST will be used to start the market of future artist coin trading pairs with $ARTIST and company expenses to maintain the platform. Of this 61%, 15% will be locked away in a cold storage wallet, another 15% will be dedicated to starting the trading pairs with artist coins, and the remaining percentage will be used to run the platform. This strategic allocation of $ARTIST coins will help to ensure the long-term sustainability and growth of the platform, while also allowing for the expansion of our artist-focused ecosystem.
